Refunds
Once you have received the goods you have 7 days in which to inform us in writing that you will be returning your purchase for a FULL
refund of the cost of the item. You (the buyer) are responsible for all return charges and the safe return of the goods, which should be
returned Special Delivery (UK Customers), or DHL (International Customer) or the same method as the item was posted out to you
Goods must also be returned in the same condition they were sent to you complete with the original Certificate Of Authenticity and
Purchase Receipt/ Sales Invoice. Your refund will not include your original postage charge. Any damage/loss to the item in transit will be
claimed for. You are responsible for making sure the item is returned safely.
Once the goods have been returned to us and inspected, we will issue a full refund of the cost of the item which will be in the same
format as payment received for the item. Should any damage in transit occur on return we will notify you straight away so the subsequent
insurance claim can be made.
You can return your goods at anytime for authenticity reasons accompanied by letters supporting this claim by two experts in this field..
Refunds are only issued to the original purchaser and NOT to any third party. Subsequent re - sale of the item wil not be eligible to be
returned to us but to the previous seller of the item.We retain digital images of all items we sell for security and authentication purposes
together with the original purchasers contact details.
